This is an excellent opportunity to work on the production of bespoke timber moulds within a well-established family-ran cast-stone manufacturing company, offering full on-the-job training and the chance to increase your earnings through optional overtime and the opportunity to progress within a growing company.

This company specialises in producing high-quality, bespoke architectural elements for both residential and commercial projects. Their cast-stone products serve as decorative and structural features on buildings, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing techniques. In this workshop-based role, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and producing precise timber moulds used in cast-stone production. Your work will involve measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling moulds that form the final profiles of the stone components.

You will work closely with a Senior Joiner, who will provide hands-on training and guidance as you develop your skills in pattern making and mould construction. This position would suit a Bench Joiner who enjoys detailed, workshop-based manufacturing and is looking to apply their woodworking expertise in a company who will provide training on mould-manufacturing, progression opportunities and optional overtime.
