You'll oversee junior chefs, ensure top-notch quality control, and help maintain an efficient kitchen environment where every dish shines.

• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, upholding our standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage ingredients, inventory, and kitchen organization in a high-volume production environment.
