Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Enhanced Salary & Guaranteed Commission Structure:

• During the first 16 weeks of training, basic salary + guaranteed commission to £30K per annum.
• From month 4 to 6, basic salary + guaranteed commission to £30K per annum.
• From month 7 to 10, basic salary + guaranteed commission to £32.5K per annum.
• From month 10 to 16, basic salary + guaranteed commission to £35K per annum.
• From month 17, basic salary £25K + unlimited commission; realistic OTE of £45K+.

Contract Basis: Full-time, permanent, employed role.

Location: Initially office-based for the first 11 weeks of training at the Academy Centre on Oxford Street in Manchester, followed by 5 weeks of remote training. You will continue to be remote once qualified.

Target: Candidates with a strong desire to forge a long-term career in Financial Services. A great opportunity for recent graduates or those with a demonstrable track record in sales.

Post-training Salary: After the 16-week training, you will earn guaranteed additional monthly commission that increases in tiered increments over the next 12 months. Once the guarantee ends, expect a realistic OTE of £50K+ in your second full year, plus benefits and promotional scheme.

CF1 & CF6: Full financial support provided to gain the CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including provision for study materials and exam entry costs paid.

Working Hours (Training): 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. No planned holidays during the 16 weeks of training.

Post-training

Working Hours:

9 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Friday. No weekend or bank holiday work required.

Timeline: Interviews in January 2026, with a May 2026 start date.

As a home‑based Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will focus on delivering quality advice and sales to our customers. You will contact customers, secure appointments, and progress their mortgage and protection applications. This is a telephone‑based role, requiring clear communication, motivation, discipline, and strong organisational skills. You will produce over 14 mortgage and protection applications each month.

• Strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, particularly mortgages and protection.
• Recent graduation at 2:1 or higher or a strong track record in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills; able to explain complex information simply.
• Extremely well organised, with a disciplined, structured approach.
• Highly competent user of IT and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Please be aware that you are required to attend 11 weeks of office‑based training in Manchester followed by 5 weeks remote. Holiday will not be permitted during the training period.
