About the Role As a Sales & Marketing Representative, youll be at the forefront of customer engagement and brand promotion. Youll represent our clients at live events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns, helping to drive brand awareness and customer interactions. This is a customer-facing role that offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and business development. Whether youre looking to gain valuable skills or advance into a leadership role, we provide a clear career progression path with mentorship and ongoing support.

What Youll Be Doing Engaging with customers face-to-face at events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations. Representing well-known brands and ensuring a positive customer experience. Providing information about products, services, and client missions. Collaborating with the events team to optimise marketing strategies. Conducting market research to support campaign performance.

What Were Looking For Strong communication and people skills. A positive, outgoing personality and ability to build rapport. A goal-driven mindset with motivation to succeed. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. An interest in marketing, events, or sales (no experience required we provide full training!).
