Adults Social Worker – Complex Care
Warrington
£30 per hour
Experience working in an adults community team, preferable with experience working with clients with Autism, ABI, physical health conditions.
Experience working with copdol and safeguarding.
Its a fast paced role working with client, families and professionals. Working in a team and supporting the duty system.
