We are currently recruiting for a leading manufacturer of specialist mechanical and electrical systems. With a strong presence in their industry, the company continues to experience growth and innovation, creating an exciting opening for an experienced Warranty Manager to join the team.

This role suit someone that has proven experience in warranty management, and aftersales, with a strong mechanical and electrical understanding.

Duties Will Include:

* Oversee all aspects of service and warranty management

* Manage aftersales programs and processes

* Act as the main liaison for customer service and warranty inquiries worldwide

* Implement continuous improvement strategies for service efficiency and quality

* Collaborate with quality department to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience needed:

* Experience with in the manufacturing or engineering sector is essential

* Proven experience in warranty management, and aftersales

* A strong mechanical and electrical understanding, with experience in identifying and fixing faults

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
