What You’ll Do- Support clubs via phone, email and helpdesk
- Troubleshoot queries and escalating development needs
- Deliver online and in‑person system training
- Support customer onboarding and data set‑up
- Keep CRM / helpdesk records accurate
- Build relationships that support customer retention
- Strong IT / web skills and problem‑solving mindset
- Confident communication and great attention to detail
- Customer‑first attitude and a calm, professional phone manner
- A knowledge and passion for golf is essential
- Positive, proactive and comfortable in a small, busy team
