  • Think beyond the obvious by identifying less visible or emerging issues, and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to develop creative, effective solutions that drive progress
  • Contribute to the growing knowledge base of ADAS systems at JLR, supporting standardisation, best practice sharing, and the professional development of both yourself and your colleagues
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Strategic thinker with enthusiasm for team development and guidance, alongside relevant experience in diagnostics, degradation, and health management for Assisted and Automated Driving systems
  • Skilled in issue triage, debugging, vehicle testing, and integration, with a team‑oriented mindset that considers the wider organisational needs
  • Experienced in Model‑Based Systems Engineering, ideally using Simulink and Stateflow, and capable of authoring and reviewing requirements using structured formats such as EARS
  • Proficient in change and configuration management, with a strong foundation in Systems Engineering principles and practices
  • Familiar with Driver Assistance technologies including computer vision, image processing, machine learning, path planning, sensor fusion, vehicle dynamics, and control
