We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Geologist to join a growing, technically focused consultancy delivering high-quality ground investigation and geotechnical services. This role is based in Warwick and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, development, and environmental projects. As a Senior Engineering Geologist, you will play a key role in technical delivery, mentoring, and client liaison while contributing to continued business growth in Warwick.

The Role - Senior Engineering Geologist
You will lead and manage ground investigations from inception through to reporting, ensuring compliance with current standards and best practice. Working from Warwick, you will oversee site works, supervise junior staff, and provide expert interpretation of ground conditions and geotechnical risks.

As a Senior Engineering Geologist, your responsibilities will include factual and interpretative reporting, design input, risk assessment, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. You will be confident engaging with clients, regulators, and contractors, supporting projects both locally and across the wider Warwick area.

Candidate Requirements:

Live within a commutable distance of Warwick
Full UK Driving Licence

Experience with in the geotechnical, geoenvironmental or hydrogeology sectors
Academic background within civil engineering, geology, earth or environmental sciences
