Bid Manager, Engineering

Position: Bid Manager (Permanent)
Location: Warwickshire

A leading manufacturer of advanced engineered products and services has a new vacancy for a Bid Manager to join the team. Applicants are sought with previous experience of Bid Management gained in a complex engineering or technology-based environment.

The Role

Manage the full cycle of bid preparation and submittal.

Coordinate data from technical, commercial and program teams to produce high-quality proposals.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes and industry standards.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the bidding process.

Ensure bids meet all schedule milestones and budget expectations.
Provide regular progress updates and resolve issues that may impact bid success.

Develop the bid processes to improve speed and accuracy of future proposals.

The Person

Proven experience in bid management gained within a manufacturing, engineering or technology-based field.

Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
