£55,000 - £60,000 plus excellent benefits

Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a growing technology business to recruit a Finance Manager.

In this newly created role, you will be a trusted business partner to the CEO taking responsibility for accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the financial operations ensuring alignment with business goals and unlocking efficiencies through process optimisation, technology adoption, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

Produce timely and accurate monthly accounts including all profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliation as well as quarter end reporting
Timely, accurate and high-quality group reporting in standard group report format
Budgets, forecasts and 5-year outlook and planning
Management of the accounting for recurring contracts, related deferred revenue and release of income calculations
Maintain adequately robust financial controls and systems

Profile

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Quick leaner with a track record in fast paced environments
Strong experience in partnering with senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience across the finance function
Forward-thinking mindset with an interest in emerging finance technologies, automation
Practical problem-solver with a delivery-focused approach
