Trinity House Group are delighted to be working with this market leading SME, as we support them in the recruitment of Finance Manager. We are looking to bring in a qualified accountant (ideally first or second mover from practice) to join their close-knit finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual who enjoys getting stuck into the detail. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll be providing leadership and direction across the Finance team. This is a customer focussed role, which combines technical expertise and commercial acumen, with responsibility for financial results.

• ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally practice trained.
• Previous experience of managing multiple projects / entities.
• Current knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
• Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
• Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a strong methodical approach.
• Experience of developing and mentoring a team.

• Up to £70,000 salary
