My client is an award‑winning company that develops industry‑leading software solutions for accountants. Their products help financial professionals with workflows and deliver great value to their clients.

As part of their growth, we’re expanding our Dev Ops capability to further enhance scalability, automation, and performance across our Azure‑based platforms.

As a Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable software delivery.

We’re hiring at both Mid‑Level and Senior levels — responsibilities and expectations will scale with experience.

• Support the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).
• Contribute to infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform or ARM templates.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments.
• Implement and support automated testing and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of software updates.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our cloud infrastructure strategy.
• Drive best practices for automation, observability, and security within Dev Ops.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their technical growth.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement across our delivery pipelines and processes.

• Proven experience in a Dev Ops or Cloud Engineering role (3+ years for Mid‑Level, 5+ years for Senior).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Power Shell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Understanding of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with in SaaS or Fin Tech environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, and firewalls.
• Exposure to microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience working within agile development teams.
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑400, AZ‑104, AZ‑305).

We’re offering a quick 2‑stage interview process. You can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you can get to our Warwick office at least twice a month.
