Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
06:00-0900 and then Janitor duties - 10:00-14:00pm. Sunday's 6:00- 09:00am (Cleaning Supervisor Duties)

At OCS, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hands on Cleaning Supervisor/Janitor to join our team at Warwick Castle. Within this role, 18 hours per week you will be performing as a Cleaning Supervisor and key responsibilities are below:

• Rota management including covering dropped shifts
• Supervision on the cleaning team.
• HR support including sickness management, management of team performance, investigations and payroll
• Ensuring compliance folders are up to date (RAMS, COSHH etc)
• Hands on cleaning support on all the areas of Warwick Castle.

For the remaining 20 hours per week, the successful candidate will perform Janitor duties which will include the below:

• Tidying up communal areas, shower areas washrooms, stairwells, reception, and external areas through the day as required
• Replenishing all consumables in washrooms
• Empty and clean bins and remove waste to your designated area
• Spots clean any spillages.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
• Monitoring and ordering stock
• Report any defects seen which are likely to affect security i.e., broken/cracked window, etc. to the Site supervisor /Manager and receptionist.

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Strong people skills with the ability to supervise a team
• Flexibility to undertake both roles as Cleaning Supervisor and Janitor
• Ability to be hands on and support the team
• Good attention to detail and high standards of work
• Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
• Able to commit to the shift pattern of this role
