Goldcrest Cleaning is now recruiting a team of cleaners for a newly won contract in Leamington Spa.

From £12.60 per hour.

Initially two evenings per week (Tuesday & Thursday) 6pm to 8.30pm. Due to expansion the client may require additional cleaning days, eventually moving to five days per week (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning to a high standard, toilets, stairs, meeting rooms, corridors and any other associated cleaning tasks following a cleaning specification.

• Previous Cleaning Experience is essential.
• Positions are subject to an enhanced DBS, a background security check and satisfactory references and employment history checks.
• All training/PPE/company polo shirts/pinnies provided.
• Monthly pay and holiday pay.
• All candidates must be available for an interview on Friday January 2nd 2026.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within the specified time frames.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
• Communicate courteously with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
• Candidates are responsible for making their own way to and from their place of work.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
