Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
* Sunday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate:
* £15 per hour (starting rate)
Role Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a small team of cleaners
* Ensure the showroom and site are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
* Take responsibility for overall site cleanliness
* Ensure all cleaners are carrying out duties correctly and on time
* Communicate professionally with BMW staff
* Proactively ask BMW employees if any additional cleaning work is required
Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years’ professional cleaning experience
* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Confident speaking with clients and staff
* Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
This role would suit someone with proven cleaning experience who can take ownership of a site and lead a team to high standards
