Health and Safety Manager Warwick Circa £65,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Irwin and Colton has been engaged by a Tier 1 Construction Contractor to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The company is a leader within the industry and focuses on construction in the commercial sector.

This role offers the opportunity to lead from a Health and Safety perspective for the organisation, drive forward the safety culture, and continue to improve safety standards and compliance.

• Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation.
• Visiting sites and engaging with key stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical health and safety-related inquiries.
• Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations, constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in health and safety performance.
• Engaging with clients and other external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact.

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
• NEBOSH Diploma or working towards it, and a minimum of CertIOSH.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
• A full UK Driver's Licence.
