A Snapshot of Your Day:
You will lead and support key initiatives within our Supplier Quality function, driving visibility, performance, and timely execution of supplier quality projects—from concession turnaround improvement to process/product qualification tracking.
- Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of supplier quality improvement projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations are met.
- Maintain project schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate regular reviews with internal stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and required actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Quality, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, supplier quality, operations coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across functions and with external partners.
- Proficiency in project‑management tools (Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) and data reporting.
- Fluency in English (required) and proficiency in French if required by the role.
The AGT Supplier Quality Team manages supplier capability, quality and performance for all global vendors providing parts to the aero‑derivative gas turbine product line for Siemens Energy. Core locations for the team are Montreal, Canada;
Warwick, UK;
Houston, Texas, US;
Indianapolis, Indiana, US;
Kongsberg, Norway; and Budapest, Hungary.
