Role:
Mechanical Fitter (4 day week)
- Automotive / heavy vehicle fitting and assembly background

Location:

Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours:

37 hours per week | between 06:30 and 16:00 Monday to Thursday

Rates:

£17.61/hour basic
£23.48/hour for OT Mon-Thu
£26.42/hour for OT on Friday & Saturday (all hours)
£35.22/hour for OT on Sundays (all hours)
We are seeking a skilled Fitter to ensure high-quality output that meets build times and processes, in line with BS EN ISO 9001 standards.

You'll be responsible for your own quality, work closely with your team, and uphold health and safety standards. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential as you may be required to work across different departments.

Qualifications that set you apart include:

Knowledge and experience of production processes and working to a takt time (automotive).
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work in awkward, confined positions, climbing over vehicle, ability to enter/exit bodies and hoppers. Occasional heavy lifting required.
Ability to move between the 3 Units at Warwick
