A fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Manager to join a growing, independent, family-run manufacturing business based in Nuneaton. Due to rapid diversification into new markets (including Sporting, Leisure, and Security), this company is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to play a key role in managing new enquiries, coordinating orders, and driving new sales opportunities.

What will you do as Sales Manager?

* Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries across all channels, qualifying and prioritising leads

* Nurture prospects through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups, tailored information, and assist with planning and funding

* Maintain accurate communication in CRM (Hub Spot) for lead tracking and reporting

* Manage customer orders from quotation to production, ensuring timely and accurate processing

* Collaborate with the factory team and customers to finalise dome specifications and align production schedules

* Monitor and maintain accurate stock inventory levels, resolving order-related issues proactively

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while nurturing existing accounts to drive growth

* Conduct site visits, track market trends, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning

What do you need as Sales Manager?

* Previous sales/customer service experience

* Experience with Hub Spot desirable, not essential

* Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills

* Skilled in identifying sales opportunities
