As a Key Account Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and incremental growth within the P&D sector.
• Liaising with sales, branch and other operational staff to optimise the service delivered to customers.
• Providing product support and product guidance to national account customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams, operations, and the National Account Director to ensure smooth project delivery and after‑sales service.
• Attending trade shows and exhibitions to represent the business and generate leads.

• Excellent business development experience / results driven.
• Strong social skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships.
• Plumbing & heating / trade knowledge advantageous.
