Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager based in the Field (Midlands and South) you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving sales of geotechnics and stormwater management product ranges through a technical, solutions‑focused approach
  • Identifying and developing major accounts to maximise growth, while building a strong regional sales culture
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with customers, supply chain partners, and the branch network
  • Managing new and existing projects end‑to‑end, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and delivery
  • Providing product training and maintaining CRM accuracy to support the branch network and monitor the project pipeline
Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of geosynthetics and water management solutions
  • Proven industry sales experience with a strong track record of results
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships while identifying new opportunities and markets
  • Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex issues and delivering sustainable outcomes

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be a field based role. We have extended the application period for this role until the new year.
