The Ardonagh Group invites you to join as an Insurance Account Handler covering maternity leave. This role is based in Warwick and offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with competitive salary, bonus and flexible hybrid working options.

You’ll be the go‑to person for a designated portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and supporting them with their insurance needs. If you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and enjoy building rapport, this role is tailor‑made for you.

• Insurance industry experience is a must.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a drive to deliver the best client experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn – we’ll support you with qualifications such as CII or ACII.
• Confidence in communication
