Warehouse Operator – Lutterworth

Industrious is recruiting for skilled Warehouse Operators to join a busy distribution hub in Lutterworth.

This role offers consistent weekday work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Shifts Available:

* 06:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)

* 22:00 – 06:00 (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling inbound and outbound goods

* Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery

* Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

* Operating manual handling equipment, including pump trucks

* Ensuring stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies

* Working in accordance with site safety processes

* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse experience is essential

* Ability to operate a pump truck is required

* Comfortable with heavy lifting and regular manual handling

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
