Warehouse Operative / Line Walker – Gaydon

Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour

Overtime Rate: £18.78 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 06:15–15:15;
Friday: 06:15–11:15

• Perform line walking duties alongside general warehouse tasks
• Picking, packing, and accurately handling stock
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised warehouse environment
• Ensuring orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Communicating daily operational requirements clearly with the client
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet targets and resolve issues promptly
• Occasionally operating a tow motor to move materials and support production flow

• Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
• Basic computer literacy
• Good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate directly with the client
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to work
• Reliable, detail‑focused, and able to work well as part of a team
