Talent With Heart is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts in Warden, WA. You will lead a 50-bed rural facility, oversee admissions and bed utilization, and collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and care management to ensure the right level of care.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN, current Washington RN license, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and demonstrates strong case management and utilization review knowledge, including Inter Qual guidelines.
