Senior Architectural Technologist

We are representing our client in their search for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative, studio-based team in Lancashire. This established architectural practice delivers a wide range of technically driven projects across various sectors, including healthcare, higher education and industrial sectors, with a growing portfolio of work within the defence sector. As such, candidates with prior defence-sector experience would be of particular interest, though this is not essential to the role.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys working closely with colleagues in a studio environment and who has capability to take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and running projects from technical design through to delivery - Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and information - Collaborating closely with internal teams and external consultants - Ensuring projects meet relevant regulations, standards and client requirements

About You:

- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally at a senior level - Strong technical knowledge with experience delivering complex projects - Project-running and project leadership experience is highly desirable - Proficiency in Revit is preferred, though training can be provided for the right candidate - Defence sector experience would be advantageous What's on
