Senior Production Operative

Amour Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Production Operative to join our wonderful client based in Denemad, Hampshire. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is practical, mechanically minded, and takes pride in producing a high‑quality product.

• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of production operations
• Setting up machinery, managing changeovers, and end‑of‑run tasks
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring standards are met
• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas
• Troubleshooting issues and carrying out basic mechanical adjustments
• Assisting with routine maintenance and continuous improvement
• Working collaboratively with the wider production team
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Background in food, drink, FMCG, or packaging preferred
• Mechanically minded with strong problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and using initiative
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Competent IT user (Microsoft Office)
• Forklift licence beneficial (or willingness to train)
• Positive, reliable, and hands‑on attitude

Salary: £30,000
