We’re working with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Havant that specialises in high-performance hydraulic components. Due to growth, they’re expanding their assembly team and are looking for skilled individuals who take pride in building things the right way — down to the smallest detail.

In this role, you’ll be assembling mechanical and hydraulic parts to detailed engineering specifications. You’ll read and follow technical drawings, use a range of hand and power tools, and ensure everything meets the exacting standards of the aerospace industry. You’ll also carry out quality checks throughout the build process and maintain accurate documentation for traceability.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that would suit someone with previous experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or hydraulic/mechanical assembly. If you’re confident using tools, comfortable reading technical documents, and like working in a tidy, organised space — this is your kind of job.

The team is skilled and supportive, the environment is clean and structured, and you’ll enjoy reliable hours with a nice early finish every Friday.
