• Work on major construction programmes – new acquisitions, trading locations, and expansions.
• Be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle
  : from inception and cost planning to handover and post‑opening enhancements.

• Support feasibility estimates and identify cost risks for board approval.
• Manage tender processes, onboard suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
• Drive savings and value through cost‑management methods.
• Benchmark costs and develop model store price points across geographies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Cost Consultants to share new schedules, cost amendments that impact feasibilities and outturn costs.

• Quantity Surveying degree (or working towards).
• Experience in retail construction projects.
• Strong with numbers, confident communicator, and ready to influence.
• Flexible, ambitious, and thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel across UK & Mainland Europe.
• Legal right to work in the country of application.
