Position: Customer Service Administrator - Graduate Opportunity

Are you a 2025 Graduate who is looking for an opportunity to work for an award winning business? Do you have good communication skills on all levels? Have you had some previous exposure to customer service?

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic client based in the Watford area, this leading organisation have exciting opportunities for Graduates to join a great customer service team, providing a high level of service to customers. This opportunity would offer fantastic training, ongoing development and the potential to start a career.

Salary - 30,609 plus great benefits
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Office based until after training, it will then move to 3 days in and 2 days from home

Some of the duties will include:

  • Support customers with a high level of service during their delivery process
  • Provide a good level of customer service by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the process
  • Process all deliveries for all orders placed online
  • Reply to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide a high level of support to customers throughout the process
  • Handling customer queries and problems as they arise
  • Working well as part of a team
  • Contact customers if there is an issue with their delivery

  • 2025 Graduate
  • Relationship building skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong team player
  • Good communication skills on all levels
  • Able to commute to the Watford office - hybrid working is available after training
