Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in commercial building services or facilities management? Join a leading FM provider, delivering engineering excellence across premium commercial and residential properties in London.
You’ll be a key member of the onsite engineering team, responsible for maintaining electrical systems and ensuring uptime across critical building operations.
Your Role as Electrical Engineer Will Include:

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical plant

* Working on lighting, emergency lighting, distribution boards, panels, wiring, controls, and general power systems

* Electrical fault-finding, isolation, and repair

* Supporting building operations and assisting the wider engineering team

* Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

* Experience in commercial FM or building services

* Strong fault-finding ability and safe isolation skills

* Professionalism, communication skills, and a proactive approach
