Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in commercial building services or facilities management? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities management provider, delivering high-quality engineering across prestigious commercial properties in Watford.

You’ll be part of a professional, supportive engineering team, maintaining mechanical systems to a high standard while ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for building occupants.

Your Role as Mechanical Engineer Will Include:

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant

* Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and HVAC systems

* Mechanical fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repair

* Supporting wider building operations and site teams

What We’re Looking For:

* A recognised qualification such as NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or equivalent

* Proven experience in commercial FM or building services

* Strong hands-on mechanical maintenance skills

* Good communication, professionalism, and a proactive approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
