We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of complex civil engineering projects in Watford
. You will provide technical expertise, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a hands‑on role combining design, site oversight, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead design of complex civil engineering projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred) and Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
• Proven experience in structural design engineering within the civil engineering sector.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro.
• Deep knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills.
