Day Engineer (Electrical Bias)

We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of Day Engineer (Electrical Bias) with a client‑facing firm in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary + private medical insurance

About the Role: Are you an experienced electrical engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established client‑side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
• Computer literate
• Client‑facing skills to communicate with the client
• Technical knowledge in facilities maintenance

• Competitive basic salary up to £50,000
• Private medical insurance
• Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Large amounts of overtime available
• Callout frequency 1 in every 3 weeks
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (goes up to 28 days)

• Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
• Previous experience as a time‑served engineer
• 4+ years of experience in building services and commercial environment
• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification
• Paying up to £50,000 P/A, private medical insurance & other company related benefits
