Are you an experienced Multi‑Skilled Engineer with a strong mechanical background and solid electrical capability? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities management provider, delivering high‑quality engineering services across prestigious sites in Watford.

You’ll join a professional, supportive engineering team, taking responsibility for maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems within high‑end properties.

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical plant
• Mechanical servicing and repair on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, HVAC equipment
• Basic to intermediate electrical maintenance: lighting, emergency lighting, power, controls
• Fault‑finding, diagnostics, and safe, efficient resolution of issues
• Working closely with building management and the wider site engineering team

• A recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Services (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience working in commercial facilities management or building services
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills with confident electrical competency
• Professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit engineering team

• £49,000 - £50,000 basic salary
