Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in commercial building services or facilities management? Join a leading FM provider, delivering engineering excellence across premium commercial and residential properties in London.

You’ll be a key member of the onsite engineering team, responsible for maintaining electrical systems and ensuring uptime across critical building operations.

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical plant
• Working on lighting, emergency lighting, distribution boards, panels, wiring, controls, and general power systems
• Electrical fault‑finding, isolation, and repair
• Supporting building operations and assisting the wider engineering team
• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Experience in commercial FM or building services
• Strong fault‑finding ability and safe isolation skills
• Professionalism, communication skills, and a proactive approach

• £49,000 - £50,000 basic salary
• Overtime available (OTE £65,000+)
