BMS Service Engineer

Overview

Join K10 Consulting, LLC as a BMS Service Engineer based in London and neighbouring counties. This role supports a long‑standing client that values excellent working conditions and a competitive package.

• £45,000 – £55,000, depending on experience

• Fault finding and troubleshooting of BMS faults and breakdowns
• Small work quoting, commissioning and modifications within commercial premises
• Contribute to the proactive BMS engineering best practices within the Service & Small Works division
• Participate in continuous training & development opportunities with Trend & Tridium throughout the year

• Proficiency in Trend or Tridium (e.g., IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, IQX, N4, IQ Vision)
• Established BMS service skill set including fault finding, small work commissioning and modifications
• Experience working within commercial premises
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engineering best practices
