Senior Field Service Engineer

My client is a well established IT solutions organisation based in Watford, Herts, who are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to go to client sites to install, configure and maintaining end user workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices on site.

The role also involve managing a team of Field Engineers.

Covering London and the Home Counties.

Candidates must have a full clean driving licence and at least 5 years experience as an IT Field Service Engineer in a customer facing type of role

Must have experience of Office 365 and Exchange and excellent networking experience.

This role is a dual role.

When not out at customers sites you will be in the office providing 2 nd Line Support to customers over the phone.
