Trainee Mortgage Adviser

About The Role

The Trainee Mortgage Adviser will support Alexander Hall in calling leads, creating great front office relationships, and studying towards your CeMAP qualification. The role includes full office training during your first 9-12 months, which will progress to becoming one of our highly-esteemed Mortgage Brokers.

• Achieve personal sales expectations
• Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
• Comply with company compliance standards
• Build relationship with Foxtons front offices, sales consultants and external lead introducers
• Continue personal development in line with the AHA Trainee Adviser Programme

• At least 1 year’s experience in property or sales is necessary
• Advanced phone etiquette and experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and satisfy the completion of tasks within prescribed deadlines
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Competent computer literacy
• Be consistent with Alexander Hall’s cultural values of hard work, integrity and collaboration

• Strong interpersonal skills

• A competitive salary depending on experience, starting at £27,250 (plus monthly bonuses).
