Euro London Appointments are delighted to partner with a global trading specialist with a worldwide customer base in their search for a Japanese‑speaking Finance & Administration Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the internal accounts function and support financial operations across multiple international offices. This role will operate in 4 different currencies so experience of working across multiple currencies is essential. This is the ideal position for someone looking to build on previous Accounts experience in a close‑knit working environment with the use of your Japanese language skills.

• Perform daily bookkeeping, including SAGE entries, invoice processing, expenses, VAT returns, and PAYE‑related tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants on financial queries and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, cashflow).
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in partnership with the leadership team.
• Oversee month‑end close, annual audits, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyse current processes and propose improvements.
• Support general finance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Fluency in Japanese and English is essential
• 3+ years of previous experience in an accountancy function for an SME
• Experience of working across multiple currencies is essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Highly organised and skilled e to meet deadlines.
• A positive, can‑do attitude who can work on their own initiative.
• Previous experience of managing others would be a benefit.
