As a Team Leader at London Paramount Care, your role is pivotal in assisting the Registered Manager with the effective management of the residential home. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care services for vulnerable people, advocating for their well‑being, and providing strong leadership to the team to deliver exceptional care. Upholding confidentiality, demonstrating judgment, and exhibiting initiative are paramount.
Effective management of staff, adherence to company policies, resource optimisation, and streamlined administration are key focuses.
- Home Management:
Lead a team to create a warm, secure environment and step in as Deputy Manager when needed. - Supporting People:
Assist with daily activities such as toileting and washing, while promoting independence, and build strong relationships with residents. - Safeguarding:
Follow our policies to ensure well‑being and maintain accurate records. - Record Keeping & Administration:
Track progress, contribute to reports, and handle essential documentation. - Staff Team Development:
Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and engaging team culture.

- Strong understanding of adult learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to obtain).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid UK driving licence and flexibility with shifts.
