Zero Hours Contract – offering access to a range of complex care packages

About the Client

Our client is a young child who lives with their family. She enjoys her tablet and phone, connecting with her friends, and playing games with her brother at home.

Clinical requirements:
You will support the client with tasks such as Tracheostomy care, Tracheal suction, Medication via a Gastrostomy, Nebuliser use, and Button Gastrostomy care. Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team; you do not need every skill listed to apply.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in complex care

• A strong passion for person-centred care and community-based working

• Experience with children with complex health needs is ideal

• Empathy, emotional intelligence, strong communication, and reliability

• Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train)

Compliance requirement:
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification, and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral bonus: £150 for each Healthcare Assistant, £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer (paid once your referral completes 150 hours).
