Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
🔹 Driven, results-oriented, and motivated by success.
