** Job Duties
*** Full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers) for field crew, equipment operators, foremen, and office roles
* Onboarding and orientation for all new hires
* Maintaining employee files and HRIS records
* Policy development, handbook updates, and ensuring compliance with Ontario ESA, OHSA, etc.
* Employee relations – coaching supervisors, handling questions, investigations, and performance management
* Supporting health & safety initiatives and training coordination
* Assisting with labour relations.
