• Experience working within HR Centers of Excellence.
• Background in talent acquisition and employer branding.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
• Exposure to HR transformation or large‑scale change projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership exposure.
