Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Develop creative candidate attraction strategies to secure top talent.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while contributing to company success.

About You

• Sales or Recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, ambitious, and passionate about client and candidate success.
