About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing construction division. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop client relationships, source high-quality candidates, and build a successful desk within a fast-paced and rewarding sector.

Whether you’re an experienced construction recruiter or have a strong background in sales or recruitment and want to specialise, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement

* Build and maintain strong relationships with construction clients (contractors, developers, consultancies)

* Source, screen, and place candidates across trades, white-collar, or technical construction roles

* Develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking

* Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline using CRM systems

* Negotiate fees, salaries, and contracts

* Stay informed on market trends and industry developments

About You

* Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or the construction industry (preferred but not essential)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient

* Ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships

* Organised with excellent time management skills

* A proactive and positive attitude
