Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for policy and compliance? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! The ER Manager - Policy & Compliance position at this company is an exceptional opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Support the rollout of ER policy and compliance initiatives across the organisation inline with the April 2026 update.
• Assist in gathering research and bench marking data to inform policy updates
• Ensure all policies are kept up to date with current legislation and company standards
• Work collaboratively with the Compliance Manager and wider ER team to deliver policy and compliance objectives
• Implement HR compliance activities and support compliance projects as directed

• Significant UK Employee Relations experience.
• Experience writing and updating policies and accompanying letters and forms
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
