As an IAM (SailPoint & Cyber Ark) Technical Lead, you will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable identity and access management solutions that align with enterprise security strategies and regulatory requirements. You will set technical direction by defining standards and best practices, while ensuring seamless integration across diverse platforms. Acting as the key liaison for IAM and security operations, you will translate business objectives into robust technical architectures, oversee service performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Your role will involve coordinating global teams and vendors, managing governance and compliance reporting, and ensuring operational readiness for critical IAM and Sec Ops environments.

• Design and implement IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security architecture and compliance requirements.
• Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for IAM and security operations.
• Provide technical leadership for solution design, integration, and deployment across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IAM and Sec Ops work streams at the client site.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and compliance objectives are met.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, vendors, and client stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
• Drive incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and governance metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure operational readiness and support for IAM and Sec Ops platforms.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong knowledge of IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Cyber Ark, Azure AD).
• Experience with Sec Ops tools (SIEM, SOAR, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence).
• Proficiency in security protocols, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Proven experience in service delivery management for security domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead onsite engagements and coordinate with distributed teams.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.
• IAM-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Engineer).
• 10+ years in IT security with at least 5 years in IAM and Sec Ops.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
